Vlogging can be done with the most expensive equipment or with reasonably priced equipment, the finished product varies more depending on skill and creativity than money spent. You can get started without having to invest a lot of money right away. You can start with just a cell phone camera and a video editing app, once you get more experience and skill you can move up to a DSLR video camera and more sophisticated video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
